According to a local article, Jillian Michaels has been sued by a California woman who claims that her diet pills do not work. She is claiming that Michaels engaged in false advertising. Her website states that taking two pills before meals will cause a person to lose weight. The site and packaging claim that the statements have not been proven by the Food and Drug Administration. The woman is seeking over $5 million dollars simply because she has “struggled with weight her entire life.”
