He recently won $25,000 for being an entrepreneur brave enough to start up a company during a recession. Jones started the company Djones Tailored Collection in Cedar Hill in May of 2008 offering custom tailored suits to young adults and college students.
His story is modern day motivation for many who are struggling to find a glimmer of sunshine in a cloudy recession. Jones markets exclusively through his website and social networking sites and he is a modern day representation of the new way to present yourself. Jones is successful due to his attention to detail, competitive edge, and customer service. According to the Dallas News Article a wedding party was pleasantly surprised that he took the time to find suits fitted to the individuals personality, body type, and current trends.
